I'm with the Americans helping Americans mint tea program and I'm here to give my testimony on behalf of Eric's mentorship now initially I was a bit hesitant to join the program because I already invested in another mentor with another program and I didn't quite feel like I was getting the support or guidance that I needed to be successful real estate investing but after talking to me with Eric I trusted him that he was gonna follow through on what he said he was gonna do and right off the bat Eric had me surfing for deals he helped me accurately comp properties coached me so that I'm asking the right questions when I'm talking to motivated sellers agents brokers or wholesalers it's been three weeks into my program and I already went on my first appointment which is exciting and a great learning experience Eric he's always there to answer any questions I may have anything gets stuck on or if it's unclear whenever I have any fear down my head Eric's always there to coach me through it break it down and help me so that I'm continuing to move forward I'm very happy with the results and experience I've gained thus far so if you're on the fence about joining the program I highly recommend it I'm looking forward to closing my first deal in the next few weeks
